RSVP Policy – Please Read Carefully

If you RSVP to an event and fail to show up without any notice, you will be removed from future events and placed on our ban list.

We put a significant amount of time, money, planning, and energy into creating quality events for the people who genuinely want to attend and participate. No-shows affect head counts, food, accommodations, activities, and the overall experience for everyone involved.

We understand emergencies happen. If something comes up, communicate with us. A quick message goes a long way and is respected.

What we will not tolerate are habitual flakes or people who casually reserve spots with no intention of following through. If you are unsure whether you can attend, please do not sign up until you know. We want reliable, respectful people at our events.
